Rates are adjusted according to the length of the stay. 

Spring 2024 (before June 15)

• $250/night 
• $220/night for 5+ nights
• $200/night for 7+ nights

From September 9 to October 15: minimum 3 nights

After October 15: minimum 2 nights

Rates and minimum length of stay can vary depending on seasons, demand, special events and availability. 

Security deposit 

A $500 security deposit is required 7 days before check-in. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there is no damage to the property, no extra cleaning fees incurred and no violations to our policies.

Payment methods

Rates include all fees (except credit card processing if applicable). Payment methods accepted are e-transfer (preferred) or credit card (4% non-refundable fee added for credit card processing).
