Rates and minimum length of stay vary depending on seasons, demand, special events and availability. Please contact us.
Security deposit
A $500 security deposit is required 7 days before check-in. It will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there is no damage to the property, no extra cleaning fees incurred and no violations to our policies.
Payment methods
Rates include all fees (except credit card processing if applicable). Payment methods accepted are e-transfer (preferred) or credit card (4% non-refundable fee added for credit card processing).
Rates are adjusted according to the length of the stay.
Low season (before June 15 and after September 15)
- $250/night (minimum 3 nights)
- 7 nights: $1500
- 7+ nights: $1500 for the first 7 nights, then $200 per additional night
- $300/night
- 7 nights: $2000
- 7+ nights: $2000 for the first 7 nights, then $250 per additional night

Rates include all fees, and payment is by e-transfer. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation, and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
